About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our Workplace Solutions business by building strong relationships with both current and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Connect with new and existing clients to ensure a steady flow of business.
  • Drive Sales: Identify new opportunities, close deals, and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client Engagement: Present product demos, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain CRM: Track all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3 years of sales experience in workplace solutions (office moving, systems furniture, project management, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personality: A natural networker with an outgoing attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Travel: Ability to travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
