What You’ll Do:
- HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain accuracy in our HRIS, troubleshoot system issues, and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, guide them through policies, and support various HR functions.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure labor law compliance, complete background checks, and assist with policy development.
- Benefits & Wellness: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, reconcile insurance invoices, and coordinate wellness initiatives.
