Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and coordinate multiple repair projects from start to completion
- Schedule repairs and site visits with homeowners and clients
- Oversee daily construction activities for residential and commercial remodeling
- Coordinate with trade partners, subcontractors, and site teams. Ensuring quality control on all jobs
- Provide exceptional communication and updates to clients during active construction
- Be available for after-hours emergency situations
- Regularly visit job sites and maintain active field presence
- Maintain accurate project records, timelines, and documentation
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Construction management
- Insurance restoration or claim adjusting
- Residential and Commercial remodeling project management
- Estimating in the construction or insurance restoration field
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher education
- Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal and written)
- Organized, efficient, and able to multitask across projects simultaneously
- Strong computer, photo-taking, and technology skills
- Resilient, patient, adaptable, and coachable
- Empathy to assist homeowners throughout the stressful process of restoring their homes
- Valid driver's license (company vehicle and gas provided)

Schedule:
- Full-time | Monday to Friday
- 9-hour workdays
