General contractor specializing in insurance damage repairs and remodeling seeking experienced project manager:
Responsibilities:
Manage/coordinate repair projects from start to completion
Ability to run multiple jobs from small to large, primarily residential damage repairs and remodeling
Schedule repairs with homeowners/clients
Coordinate and communicate with all trades
Meet with homeowners/clients at job sites throughout construction
After hours emergency availability
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in estimating in the construction and or insurance restoration industry
AND/OR
Minimum of 5 years of construction management or insurance claim adjusting
AND/OR
Minimum of 5 years in residential remodeling project management
Required Educational Experience:
High School diploma or GED or College
Required skills:
Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time
Time management
Significant driving time (vehicle and gas provided)
Willingness to learn
Verbal and written communication
Computer and technology
Resilient
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
