Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and maintain documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to project schedules.
- Manage project estimating processes, including cost analysis and budget forecasting.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans.
- Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource management.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and ability to pay close attention to important details.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Ability to communicate effectively, and professionally with maintaining a positive attitude, and treating all people with respect.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
