Mezzo Market is looking for highly skilled and motivated Bartenders to join our team at our new location in Plaza Midwood vetted to open in March, 2025. As a Bartender, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in creating delicious cocktails, serving craft beer and unique wines from around the world at our new and expansive indoor and outdoor bar(s).

Responsibilities
· Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
· Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
· Assess customer’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
· Help plan and present bar menu
· Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
· Maintain a clean working environment
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications:
- Passionate for the restaurant industry
- Knowledgeable about wine and spirits
- Previous Bartender experience required (Minimum of 2 years prior experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for 8 hour shifts and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
