Medical Facilities of America , a regional leader in healthcare and skilled nursing services, is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to support our growing team in Roanoke, VA . In this role, you will provide essential HR and administrative support to our Roanoke office and partner centers. Your contributions will help ensure smooth HR operations, assisting with onboarding, benefits administration, employee records, and other key HR functions.

What You'll Do

Support HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, and compliance.

Assist with benefits administration and employee questions.

Coordinate training programs and assist with new hire orientation.

Assist with data input and management of the HRIS system.

Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.

Minimum two years experience in skilled nursing or healthcare.

Minimum two years experience in HR services or related field.

Customer service experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exellent time management skills.
