Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Product Knowledge: Maintain an effective level of product knowledge to identify clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate Credit Union solutions.
- Sales Expectations: Actively participate in Credit Union initiatives, promotions, and achieve assigned financial service goals.
- New Accounts: Assist with opening new accounts, prepare and process documentation, and collect share deposits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to attain Financial Counselor Certification (CCUFC) within 6 months
