Responsibilities:

• Supervise Medicaid eligibility teams, ensuring efficient operations.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Manage case reviews and audits for quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in Medicaid eligibility or healthcare programs.

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Full-time position (40 hours/week) Permanent Day Shift.
• General supervision with structured training provided.
