What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Operations Manager position at MFS Talent?

Shift : Days - 8 hours, 40hrs / week-Location : Onsite; Palo Alto, CA-Compensation : $80 to $100 per hourDuties and Responsibilities- Anticipates and facilitates patient flow within the department and ensures appropriate utilization of resources that prioritizes both safe patient care and cost effectiveness.-Collaborates with the other members of the Radiation Oncology leadership team to achieve established targets, goals, and standardized practices across the enterprise.-Develops and maintains policies and procedures for area(s) of responsibility that are in alignment with external regulatory requirements and established departmental standards across the enterprise.-Ensures correct charge capture and appropriate documentation at the point of service and provides education and coaching on proper billing and documentation related to simulation and treatment delivery.-Monitors expenses for cost centers in area(s) of responsibility by reviewing budget reports at least monthly and reconciling expenses with purchases. -Monitors financial performance of department with a focus on the relationship between volume / revenue and expenses.-Analyzes referral, volumes, revenue, and patient satisfaction data to monitor performance of the department, identify gaps in service, and strategize new technology or programs that may be needed.Education Qualifications-Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred.Experience-Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.-One (1) year of work lead or supervisory responsibility.Licenses and Certifications-CA-RN (Registered Nurse)-Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare ProvidersBenefits-Medical / Vision / Dental-Sick Time-off
