What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at MFUSED?
Responsible for the efficient and precise packaging of products. Operate packaging machinery, conduct quality checks, and ensure proper labeling and storage, contributing to the organization's production and distribution processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following but other duties may be assigned):
- Package cannabis products following company standard of quality.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment with skill and attention to detail to achieve consistent results.
- Maintain high standards for accuracy and efficiency to achieve daily production goals.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment with skill and attention to detail to achieve consistent results.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to guarantee the integrity and quality of all products before distribution as designated by SOPs.
- Ensure that all labeling meets regulatory requirements and aligns with industry standards.
- Ensure workstations are clean and sanitary to guarantee food safe manufacturing.
- Take responsibility for proper storage practices to preserve product quality and integrity.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- State-required certification to work in a cannabis facility may be required upon hire.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year(s) experience working in "Back-of House" settings (i.e., warehouse, production, kitchen, maintenance/facilities) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Reliable attendance
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES):
- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
- Excellent hand dexterity (Preferred)
You will be working on-site at our facility. This is a paid by the hour, non-exempt position with a projected 40-hour work week (M- F), with opportunities for overtime depending on the location.
