MG Properties is seeking an experienced General Manager for a portfolio of our properties, including Sierra Sage and Silver Lake, in Reno, NV!
This person will be directly accountable for all property operations, and will oversee the operations including all aspects of the management of staff, daily operations, and marketing while maximizing long-term net operating income.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in on-site property management!
- Supervisory/management experience a must!
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Team building and effective management skills a must!
- Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc. are required to make this position a success!
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000-$85,000/annual DOE
- Monthly and Performance based incentive bonuses
