Job Description
MGA Homecare is seeking a motivated and dynamic Therapy Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding exceptional therapy professionals, including Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Therapy Assistants, to deliver top-notch care to our patients.
You will play a critical role in expanding our therapy services by identifying and engaging talented professionals who align with MGA Homecare’s mission and values.
Recruitment and Candidate Engagement:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to source, attract, and engage high-quality therapy professionals through various channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications while effectively communicating MGA Homecare's benefits and culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Partner with Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
Compliance and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with all hiring regulations.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, especially therapy professions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
Benefits are available to eligible employees on the first of the month after 30 days of employment and include:
- Base salary $52,000 - $60,000 annually and paid weekly
- Performance based bonuses paid quarterly
