We are currently seeking an associate attorney to join our growing regional team in Concord. Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of litigation experience and must be licensed to practice law in New Hampshire. Licensure in, or eligibility to waive into, additional states is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a growing team to service a wide variety of client needs.
- Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
- Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
- Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
- Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
- Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
