Responsibilities
- Handle complex civil litigation cases in Federal and State courts.
- Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and other necessary documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring timely and efficient handling of matters.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and provide exceptional client service.
- Negotiate settlements and work toward the best possible outcome for clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
- Contribute to the firm’s success by providing diligent and thorough legal support.
- Licensed to Practice Law in New Hampshire.
- 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation with both Federal and State court experience.
- Experience with complex litigation cases is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle a large case load and work efficiently under pressure.
