Now Hiring: Maintenance Assistant - CNC Mills/Lathes Join our team as a full-time Maintenance Assistant in our machine shop! In this role, you'll assist with the routine maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and building systems.
- Inspect and identify machines in need of repair.
- Move materials, equipment, or supplies.
- Lubricate equipment and clean parts/tools to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist with facility upkeep and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.of the facilities and work areas.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience required (CNC experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Knowledge of shop machinery and repair is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and operate a forklift.
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective communication in English.
- Must prioritize safety and use safety equipment properly.
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (citizens, lawful permanent residents, or certain refugees).
Shifts:
- Full-time: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off)
Pay:
- $18.00-$25.50 per hour

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

- Exposure to fumes, chemicals, and temperature variations in a warehouse environment.
