Now Hiring: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep and repair of CNC mills, lathes, and other machine shop equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technical environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, equipment, and facility systems.
- Inspect machinery to identify potential issues and assist in troubleshooting.
- Lubricate equipment, clean parts, and maintain tools to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist in moving materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Support facility upkeep and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Maintenance experience required (CNC machine experience preferred but not necessary).
- Knowledge of shop machinery and repair is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and a forklift.
- Basic computer skills to support maintenance tracking and documentation.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Strong commitment to safety and proper use of safety equipment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Full-time Shifts: Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm or 6:00am-3:30pm (every other Friday off)
Hourly Pay Range: $18.50-$26.50 per hour

Physical Demands: Job duties are mainly performed in an open warehouse environment with a wider range of temperature variation and exposure to noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, kneeling.
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent twisting, turning, reaching, grasping, and crawling.
- Occasional bending, squatting, climbing, and fine dexterity.
ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The candidate must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines U.S. persons as U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents (i.e., Green Card holders), and some refugees.
