ICS Specialist - M-F - midnight start time

Position Description

The Material Handlerspecialists job will involve :

Printing and grouping work orders for the bulk team from the RF system webpage.

Sorting orders according to routes and priorities.

Maintaining and refilling all supplies needed( UPS labels, route plaques, paper clips, rubber bands, etc.)

Help leads with NO-FINDS process when there is no work to print.

Will need to learn how to process will calls and couriers orders.

May use power equipment including, but not limited to forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment while maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy

Engaging in repetitive movement throughout the entire shift

Extensive standing and mandatory overtime as needed is required

Must be knowledgeable with the bulk picking process in order to help associate with any questions they may have.

Minimum Requirements :

Typically requires 3 years of related experience

Critical Skills :

Working knowledge of Material Handling issues

Work experience in a face-paced, distribution or warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred; picking / packing, sorting, loading / unloading, scanning, or various other warehouse functions

The ability to work the hours listed above, in addition to overtime.

• Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory and typically occurs M-W due to our real-time commitments to our customers

Strong reading, addition and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time

Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)

Working with RF scanning equipment
