Job Description:
Fort Wayne, IN community is seeking full-time common area and vacant unit housekeeper for 168 apartments units in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
We are looking for a VERY RELIABLE AND COMPETENT person who is interested in growing with our company. Your primary responsibility will be performing providing general housekeeping duties for 7 apartment buildings common areas and assist with the daily ground clean up in Fort Wayne, IN. You will report directly to the Property Manager & Maintenance Supervisor.
Duties include but not limited to:
Daily hallway walking/picking up/cleaning halls on daily schedule; grounds clean up
Make ready trash-outs and pre move in unit cleans
Prerequisites:
Must have some experience and a high standard with housekeeping and reliable transportation with a valid drivers license required.
Working knowledge of:
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Appliance deep cleaning
- Wall and Surface Cleaning
Hours/Location:
This is a full time position Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
$15-$16 per hour
Paid Holidays, sick days and vacation days
