What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at MGM Property Management, LLC?
MGM Property Management, LLC is seeking a team member for well-kept apartment community. Duties will include general repair and maintenance of building, grounds and apartment homes as directed by the Manager. Experience in plumbing and home repair is preferred, however on-the-job experience and professional training are available for the right candidate. Problem-solving and customer service are skills that will be utilized daily as you work with a team to provide a professional and pleasant housing experience. Compensation range can go up based on experience and certifications. After 90 days, full-time employees are eligible for six paid holidays and the company will pay for licensing and certifications. PTO is awarded after 90 days. Generous rent deduction for MGM Employees available at all properties.
