THE JOB :
As an Apprentice Bartender, you will play a vital role in the seamless operation of our banquet bars, setting the stage for extraordinary guest experiences. From setting up bars to assisting bartenders, your dedication to excellence and ability to handle physically demanding tasks will ensure events run smoothly in one of the most dynamic environments in Las Vegas.
THE STARTING RATE : $15.5487 plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Assist bartenders by setting up and breaking down bars, including preparing fruit trays, mixers, and other bar essentials.
- Stock alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, and glassware to maintain a fully operational bar.
- Execute manual labor tasks, such as moving bar equipment across 2.1 million square feet of convention space.
- Perform light bartending duties, including preparing pre-batched drinks or covering during bartender breaks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with SNHD health and safety regulations.
