THE JOB :
As a Quick Service Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and floor service, ensuring efficient and exceptional guest experiences within the multi-faceted food and beverage outlet areas.
THE STARTING RATE :
The Starting salary for this position will be $60,000 annually
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Develop and implement floor plans to maximize service efficiency to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team, providing evaluations, guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining accurate records to ensure adequate supply levels.
- Collaborate with Chefs on all food service, guest related experiences, and staffing matters.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Actively manage guest interactions to handle special requests and coordinate large party reservations.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Pay Range :
The typical pay range for this role is :
Minimum - Maximum
47,165.76 - $77,351.64
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
