THE JOB:
Step into the vibrant energy of Bartending at the Luxor and become a part of our dynamic bar team. As a Bartender, you will deliver exceptional service, crafting drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences. THE STARTING RATE:$17.7987 plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed
Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order; including, cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar
Accurately ring up orders, handle cash, and complete end-of-shift cash-outs for servers, adhering to all variance procedures
Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Prior experience in a high-volume environment as a bartender
Possess a current Union Pour Card
In-depth knowledge of various liquors, spirits, wines, and cocktails, with the ability to recommend and serve beverages that enhance the guest experience
Strong customer service background, with the ability to create personalized experiences and address guest needs promptly and professionally
Ability to work varied on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
