The Job
As an Assistant Beverage Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you'll work alongside the Beverage Managers to oversee the daily operations of our lounges and casino services beverage outlets. The Day-to-day
- Oversee designated operations across various beverage outlets, aligning with the department's strategic goals and vision for excellence
- Direct smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control
- Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes
- Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests
- Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division
- Offer guidance and support to beverage staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal team performance
- Advise management on daily operational challenges, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and service
- 2 years of experience working in a food or beverage supervisory role
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
- Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, to include overnight shift, weekends, and holidays
