THE JOB:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Bus Person to join our team at Harvest. The Bus Person will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless guest service.
Polish flatware and skillfully set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories.
Fold napkins with precision and ensure clean ashtrays are available in designated smoking areas.
Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables thoroughly, resetting with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and additional tabletop items as needed.
Swiftly remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables, delivering them to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
Coordinate table availability and maintain open communication with Servers, Hostess, and Management to ensure efficient table turnover.
Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, ensuring timely refills.
Maintain the cleanliness of dining room floors, keeping them free of debris.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Previous restaurant experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure.
Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and grow, seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Closed Sundays and Mondays.
Open Tuesday - Saturday 5:00pm-9:30pm (May work before/after these times for opening and closing procedures)
