THE JOB :
Vdara is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Food & Beverage team as Bus Person! As a Bus Person, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the highest cleanliness and organizational standards throughout the restaurant. This includes maintaining the dining room, storerooms, food pick-up areas, and beverage stations, ensuring they are consistently clean, well-stocked, and ready for service.
THE STARTING RATE : $13.8989 plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth / chair cushions and tables completely, and reset any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
