THE JOB :

As a Convention Security Officer, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by greeting guests during their time at our property and providing an outstanding level of guest service. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE : $17.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you interact with our guests

Ensure guest safety by rendering appropriate first aid to injured persons and following established protocol for reporting injuries

Enjoy working while being a part of our amazing team and interact with guests from all over the world

Being the highlight of our guests' experience while taking in all that MGM Resorts Properties have to offer

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve them with a positive outcome

Providing a high level of service when our guest needs it the most

Emphasis on good character while performing their day-to-day responsibilities

Detail-orientated and able to make sound decisions in stressful situations with the support of leadership

Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

Can multi-task effectively and is team-centered

Has at least 1 year of customer service experience in previous roles
