THE JOB:

Step into a role where comfort food classics meet exceptional service. As a Cook at The Henry, you'll be at the heart of crafting unforgettable dining experiences. From preparing and cooking menu items with precision to maintaining high kitchen standards, your expertise will bring timeless flavors to life. This role also involves organizing your station, upholding cleanliness and safety, and collaborating with the front-of-the-house team to ensure every dish exceeds guest expectations.

THE STARTING RATE:$27.7826

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Show your culinary passion by crafting various menu items while following set recipes and standards

• Consistently maintain proper stocking, cleanliness, and sanitation of back-of-house areas

• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• One year line cook experience in high volume kitchen environment

• Experience with breakfast foods, especially variety style egg preparation

• Understanding of both the hot and cold side of the kitchen

• Takes pride in their work, provides a safe environment, and maintains health standards

• Describes themselves as detail-oriented

• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

• Can handle multiple tasks at one time

• Prior experience in similar resort setting

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
