The Job

The Director of Enterprise Analytics will lead an analytical team that provides actionable insights and recommendations to maximize offer/campaign profitability, share of wallet, customer retention and loyalty, and revenue opportunities to drive business performance. This Corporate (Enterprise Analytics) position will manage a team of 4 and will also be expected to contribute individually.

The Day-to-day

• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to provide strategic insights, review, and translate findings, and offer actionable recommendations, thereby improving our allocation of marketing dollars while prioritizing critical projects.
• Create the analytical roadmap to develop and monitor KPIs designed to maximize marketing efficiency. Identify business requirements and collaborate with Enterprise Reporting. Develop analytic capabilities to enhance the marketing analysis toolset.
• Work closely with the Marketing COE Strategy leadership on the development, implementation, measurement, and reporting of A/B testing strategies.
• Provide guidance to a team of analysts on the creation of event proformas, post-analysis, promotions, shows, analysis of customer segments, and marketing review presentation materials. Coordinate using the required tools and terminology to establish EA best practices on analysis and recommendations. Review findings before presentation to business partners.
• Balance new insights against current projects and continually seek innovation through ongoing networking and research efforts.
• Visit properties regularly and participate in strategy meetings. Lead monthly and ad-hoc marketing reviews with property and marketing teams.
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• They bring 4 years of relevant experience in industry or functional expertise, demonstrating a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and business intelligence.
• This individual possesses hands-on experience with Azure or Business Intelligence (BI) systems, ensuring proficiency in data management, analytics, and visualization tools. Their expertise includes a deep understanding of data structures, systems, and BI tools related to marketing data management, enabling them to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Additionally, the ideal candidate has previous leadership experience, having successfully led teams in a similar leadership role.
