The Job

The Day-to-day
- Analyze and evaluate casino activity to determine the perfect mix of incentives from luxurious rooms and gourmet dining to thrilling event tickets, promo chips, and even travel perks.
- Grow and maintain our property’s prestigious customer base, collaborating with marketing and property teams to enhance customer development efforts.
- Manage customer reservations with precision using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA, and PATRON systems.
- Exercise sound judgment on customer credit lines, allowances, comps, and marker authorization limits to elevate the guest experience.
- Partner with customers to optimize their journey while ensuring profitability and satisfaction for both parties.
- Represent our brand at exclusive events, greeting customers and showcasing our exceptional marketing efforts.
- Safeguard confidential customer information, upholding strict privacy standards in line with company policies.
- Address disputes and complaints with tact, ensuring outcomes exceed guest expectations while aligning with company values.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of prior relevant experience in the casino marketing industry.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in one or more of the following languages:
- Latin America Marketing –Spanish and/or Portuguese etc.
