The Job
The Electrician will collaborate with management to ensure electrical equipment and systems are maintained and operational throughout the property.
THE STARTING RATE: $30.78
The Day-to-day
- Maintain, repair, and install all electrical equipment and systems throughout the property
- Perform general maintenance and repairs for efficient operation of all electrical equipment
- Recognize when equipment is in need of repair, adjustment, or replacement and complete jobs assigned by Dispatch or Management
- Stay informed with up to date techniques and technical methods
- Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all departments
- Ability Work under minimal supervision, completing assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Knowledge of repair and preventative maintenance of equipment
- General knowledge of mathematical skills
- Capable of operating skyjack, forklift, and scissor lift
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
