THE JOB :
It is the primary responsibility of the Pit Clerk to assist the Table Games Department by completing tasks that aid in the operations of the gaming tables. It is the responsibility of the Pit Clerk to deliver on our company's brand by using our SHOW Guest Service standards with all customers and coworkers.
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Interact with guest and coworkers
- Patron Management - Creation and updating of accounts, printing MGM Rewards cards, scanning customer ID's, entering manual ratings and entering comps
- Pit Transactions - Assist Table Games with all marker functions, securing markers and during system downtimes assist Table Games
- Answer phones in Pits
