THE JOB :
The Pit Clerk's main responsibility is to support the Table Games Department by helping with tasks that keep the gaming tables running smoothly. The Pit Clerk must also follow our SHOW Guest Service standards when interacting with customers and coworkers to represent the company brand.
THE STARTING RATE : $15.49
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Interact with guests and coworkers using our SHOW service standards.
Patron management includes creating and updating accounts, printing MGM Rewards cards, scanning IDs, entering ratings, and processing comps.
Assist Table Games with marker functions, securing markers, and helping during system downtimes.
Monitor and report cash transactions using the Title 31 system, ensuring reporting requirements are met.
Help Table Games complete error notifications.
Answer phones in the pits.
