THE STARTING RATE: $14.2645 plus tips
The Day-to-day
- Guide guests through every phase of their dining experience
- Use selling techniques and deliver excellent service for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as all menu items
- Accurately itemize bills and efficiently secure payment
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest or employee needs efficiently
- Five years of Food and Beverage experience
- At least two years in a fine dining setting with food service experience
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine
- Bilingual in Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese is preferred
- Strong knowledge of wine, liquor, and spirits
