The Job
As a Kitchen Steward, you’ll ensure clean dining areas, assist with banquet setups, and create lasting memories for guests with your welcoming service and attention to their needs.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.70
The Day-to-day
- Handle dishes, utensils, and glassware, loading them into the dishwasher and ensuring they're cleaned thoroughly for reuse.
- Organize cleaned dishes and return any that need a second wash.
- Keep the kitchen spotless by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing walls, cleaning trash cans, and tidying up the loading dock.
- Regularly clean and maintain stoves, ovens, grills, and broilers, ensuring they’re ready for use, including scrubbing surfaces and relighting when needed.
- Familiar with using cleaning equipment
- Is at least 18 years old
- Has flexibility to work grave shift that include weekends/holidays
- Has prior experience working in a Stewarding/Cleaning role
