The Day To Day
- Restock and organize mini bar items in guest rooms
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure all items are fresh and in good condition
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of mini bar areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on organization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in hospitality or a as a mini bar attendant is a plus
- One year experience of face-to-face guest service
- Ability to work varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
