General Summary of Job Duties: The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for replenishing refreshment centers and maintaining inventory in Silvertons continuing effort to provide amazing guest service.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Take inventory of and restock refreshment centers using current systems and technology.
- Verify product dating and prepare guest checks.
- Inspect refreshment centers for functionality and clean refreshment centers.
- Check for expired products and stock the storage room.
- Rotate product to ensure freshness, and replenish products as needed, or upon check out.
- Assist with guest's requests and provide service for any beer, wine, spirits or snack requests within mini bar stock.
- Conduct inventory checks for all mini bar products.
- Report any concerns to supervisor, including guest issues.
- Provide amazing guest service according to the Silvertons operating standards.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Requires a minimum of six months guest service experience.
- Requires the ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work in a detail-oriented team environment.
