THE JOB :
As a Pantry Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and setting up food lines. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE : $25.3021 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Prepare and set up line with such items as salads, seafood, appetizers, ice creams, cold meats, cheese platters, fresh fruit platters, and baskets of fruit
Consistent quality and quantity food production
Follow standard recipes according to menu
Work cold station in front or back of the house
Ensure cleanliness of cold station walk-ins and reach-ins
Adjust food inventory according to business in order to avoid over production and waste
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
3 Years of Prior Relevant Experience previous experience in a similar position
Experience working in a similar resort setting
Knowledge of standard kitchen techniques, including, but not limited to knife skills
