THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Parking and Valet Assistant Manager to manage all operations for assigned department.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Develop and enforce departmental rules and procedures for all Valet and Parking staff.
Oversee personnel functions, including interviewing, hiring, terminations, payroll, and recruitment.
Manage daily departmental operations, ensuring a high level of service as expected by Hotel Management.
Implement and oversee training programs for new hires and ongoing development for all staff.
Provide leadership and motivation to Valet and Parking staff, ensuring efficient and professional service.
Optimize staffing levels and scheduling to maintain high productivity.
Promote and uphold exceptional service standards.
Monitor and maintain adequate supply inventory.
Assist Risk Management in investigating accidents and resolving guest concerns, escalating issues as needed.
Utilize computer systems, including hotel management software, for operational tasks.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
2 Years of Prior Relevant hotel/casino supervisory experience.
3 Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Front Services or related experience in major hotel/casino operations.
