The Job
As a Parking Shift Manager, you will be responsible for daily operations.
THE STARTING RATE: $24.00
The Day-to-day
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, training and development, evaluating and coaching of subordinates
- Maintain accurate property information through daily use of the talent portal, email and other forms of communications
- Promote positive customer relations for all customers by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service
- Resolve customer complaints in a manner which promotes positive customer relations
- Responsible for the daily activities of staff and driveway operations
- Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of the valet parking system
- Monitor the self-parking lots to ensure proper operation and cleanliness
- Perform administrative functions including scheduling, team member evaluations, counseling and training sessions
- Work directly with Front Services department to ensure proper communication
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational certification
- 2 Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory Experience
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Previous valet experience
- Valid drivers license
- Being able to stand for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
