THE JOB :
As a Pool Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the pool area, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will also assist with guest needs, direct them to the appropriate areas, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. With a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our resort.
THE STARTING RATE : $14.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff / department
- Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff
- Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff
- Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies, or equipment-related issues
