THE JOB :
As a Spa Receptionist, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that guests can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE STARTING RATE : $15 Hourly
SCHEDULE : On Call
Hours of Operation
Mon - Sun : 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Ensure that the Receptionist area is clean and presentable for all incoming guests
- Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
- Assist guests in the booking of spa services, and use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
- Create exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with questions, ensuring professional and courteous behavior
- Manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa / salon software system
- Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment related issues
