The Job

As a Pool Supervisor, you’ll be the heart of our guest experience, setting the tone with your warm welcome and exceptional service. By connecting with each guest and understanding their unique needs, you’ll create unforgettable WOW moments that leave lasting memories, ensuring their experience stays with them long after they’ve left.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.00

The Day-to-day

• Oversee daily pool operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality service.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet maintenance needs.
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable for their roles.
• Assist with incidents or accidents, involving security when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company, local, health, and safety policies.
