THE JOB :
A Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of a retail store. Their primary responsibilities revolve around providing our Guest with exceptional guest services. Maintaining a consistent brand standard and a comfortable shopping experience.
THE STARTING RATE : $16.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Engage all guest in a friendly manner using Superior Customer Service
- Assist Guest with their needs and drive sales with up-selling.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping.
- Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
