THE JOB :
A Retail Sales Associate helps keep the store running smoothly. Their main job is to assist customers, making sure they have a great shopping experience while keeping the store looking neat and following brand guidelines.
THE STARTING RATE : 16.00 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
- Engage all guest in a friendly manner using Superior Customer Service
- Assist Guest with their needs and drive sales with up-selling.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest's ease of shopping.
- Own the guest's experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures
