THE JOB:

The Scheduling Clerk is responsible for owning the experience of internal customers related to scheduling and time off by performing multiple administrative tasks including email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. The employee scope includes staff as well as management and functions in a collaborative and supportive environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.00/hour

THE SCHEDULE:

• Thursday: 12 PM - 8 PM
• Friday - Monday: 2 PM - 10 PM
• Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Collaboration with Department Leaders: Work closely with department leaders to monitor attendance, track refusals, and manage callouts effectively.
• Special Projects: Undertake special projects assigned by management, which may involve research, process improvement, or addressing specific organizational needs.
• Enhancing Employee Experience: Continuously explore and implement new practices aimed at improving the employee experience while ensuring compliance with labor agreements and department policies.
• Administrative Support: Assist management with administrative tasks, including preparing labor and payroll reports and organizing documentation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possesses a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Demonstrated prior experience in scheduling.
• Exhibits a keen attention to detail.
• Shows proficiency in technical skills.
• Displays excellent communication abilities.
• Finds enjoyment in collaborating with departmental leaders.
• Embraces a team-oriented mindset.
• Exhibits strong time management capabilities.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
