The Day-to-day
- Employee Engagement & Support: Foster a positive work environment by checking in with employees, addressing concerns, and promoting top performance.
- Communication & Leadership: Share updates, listen to feedback, and set the example by following and reinforcing S.H.O.W. standards.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage while maintaining exceptional service levels.
- Training & Development: Coach and mentor employees, ensuring they understand expectations, company programs, and guest service standards.
- Guest & Employee Issue Resolution: Professionally handle and resolve concerns to maintain a positive experience for both employees and guests.
- Operational & HR Support: Assist the Shift Manager with HR responsibilities, policy enforcement, and step in as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in a slots or casino environment.
- Certifications: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness card.
