The Job
As Sous Chef at the Chelsea Pool, you will oversee culinary operations, delivering fresh, vibrant cuisine in a relaxed yet refined setting.
The Day-to-day
- Lead & Develop – Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure excellence in execution.
- Optimize Operations – Oversee requisitions, inventory, and proper food storage.
- Maintain Quality – Ensure top-tier food standards, addressing any inconsistencies.
- Master the Craft – Uphold expertise in sauces, stocks, and soups for consistent flavors.
- Enhance Collaboration – Communicate with management and service teams to meet guest and operational needs.
- Support Efficiency – Assist with purchasing, receiving, and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Drive Success – Manage kitchen schedules and contribute to strategic goals focused on profit, product, and team development.
- 2 Years of Prior Relevant Experience.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
