Mandalay Bay VIP Arrival Experience
The Day-to-day
- Open the VIP lounge, ensuring Opera reports are generated daily, and VIP rooms are accurately assigned
- Answer guest inquiries, manage reservations, and confirm special requests or amenities are fulfilled
- Facilitate a smooth and seamless VIP check-in and check-out process, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages or show tickets
- Accurately process charges, credits, and payments while managing cash and credit transactions in accordance with property cash handling policies.
- Close the VIP lounge by confirming room assignments, sending amenities, delivering keys to the front desk, running arrival reports, forwarding phones, and securing the lounge.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
- Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
- Has a strong administrative background and is highly skilled at adapting to various software systems
