The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is looking for a Manager of Data and Solution Architecture to lead transformative initiatives and drive innovation within our custom products. In this role, you’ll have the chance to be at the forefront of architecting next-gen data solutions while reimagining our legacy systems to drive our business forward. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, direct architecture best practices, and provide hands-on technical leadership in developing cutting-edge data solutions. What You’ll Do:

• Rearchitect legacy systems to enhance usability and customer satisfaction, and develop new solution architectures that align with business needs.
• Champion data architecture best practices and lead integration efforts across systems, ensuring seamless, agile solutions.
• Establish standards, document architectures, and collaborate with teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and effective communication across the business.
• Own data governance initiatives, ensuring quality, security, and compliance across all systems.
• Continuously evolve and improve architectural processes, nurturing the development of both technical and leadership skills within your team.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of data architects, engineers, and solution architects, driving exceptional architecture practices across the board.
• Collaborate with business leaders and external partners to define solutions that drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Have:

• 7 years of experience in data and solution architecture, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to coach and inspire teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus but not required.

• A visionary leader with experience in data architecture, integration, engineering, and governance practices.
• A hands-on problem solver with deep technical expertise, particularly in Azure Data Lake, SQL/NoSQL databases, ETL tools (Azure Data Factory), and .NET technologies.
• A strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional environment, guiding both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Someone with a passion for mentoring and developing talent, while driving performance and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within an Agile framework. Familiarity with architectural frameworks like Zachman, TOGAF, or FEAF is a plus!
