```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, data entry, and handling mail
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the office staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents

```Skills```
- Strong administrative skills with experience in office management
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar)
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

This position requires a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
