Position Overview: As a Charity Event Fundraising Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in organizing, promoting, and executing fundraising events. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising events from start to finish

- Manage event registration and guest lists, ensuring smooth event flow
- Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and supplies
- Assist with fundraising activities during the event, such as raffles, auctions, and donation collections
- Engage with attendees, encouraging participation and donation pledges
- Maintain detailed records of donors, sponsors, and event outcomes
- Provide support to the fundraising team and help meet or exceed fundraising goals
